***Please note: The bags come empty for shipping purposes. You will need to buy your own sand or filler. Sand can typically be purchased in 50lb bags at local hardware stores. While sand is the most common filler, some people use rubber mulch, steel shot, etc. It is important to note the full density determines the max weight of the bag.Each sandbag has a built-in filler bag with an additional zipper and hook-and loop closure-ensuring filler material stays fully contained as you work through your WOD.
**Please do not use the hook and loop enclosure to pull the sandbag, as this could cause it to tear.
*Our sandbags are heavy duty 1000D cordura nylon and able to withstand drops, but they are not designed to be slammed or used on rough surfaces.

Awesome quality sand bag! I have been training with mine almost every day, and it’s legit. I have some other bags that rhyme with “Hogue” and this one is just as tough for significantly less money. I’ll be recommending these to others. Picture from closest to furthest is the BBJ 200 lb, BBJ 150 lb, and then a competitor brand 100 lb.

Strongman Sandbag
I’ve use 2 of the strongman bags (50 lbs and 150 lbs) for several months now and they are very durable - no worse for wear! Great use for our home gym.
The quality of the bag is great, the Velcro sticks extremely well and the fill up process was easy. Can't speak on long term since I just purchased it, but so far I'm happy with the quality, build and ease of use.
